Observership Program for Indian & Overseas Doctors

KAIZEN Hospital is pleased to offer a structured Observership Program in Medical Gastroenterology for Indian & overseas doctors. This short-term academic program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures in a high-volume tertiary care setting.

1. Program Details

Course Duration: 15 Days

2. Facilities Provided by KAIZEN Hospital

KAIZEN Hospital will provide the following facilities to enrolled observers:

An official observership invitation letter upon successful application.

Access to the KAIZEN Hospital medical library.

Daily academic and clinical sessions from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, throughout the tenure,

except Sundays.

3. Observership Course Curriculum

The program includes observation and academic discussions in the following areas:

a. Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Diagnostic procedures

Therapeutic procedures

b. Lower Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Diagnostic procedures

Therapeutic procedures

c. Therapeutic Endoscopic Procedures

Endoscopic dilatation

Endoscopic variceal ligation (EVL)

Diagnostic Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)

Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)

d. Esophageal and Ano-Rectal Manometry

e. 24-Hour pH Impedance Study

4. Academic Activities

Special video-based procedural presentations

Case-based clinical discussions

5. Responsibilities of the Visiting Doctor

The visiting doctor will be responsible for:

Completion of all visa formalities, international travel arrangements, and return travel.

Local accommodation during the observer ship period.

Holding valid medical insurance to cover any medical emergencies during the stay in

India.
